SIMPLY SCRUMPTIOUS NO BAKE COOKIES AND CREAM CHEESECAKE Equipment Needed: Mixer Ingredients: Crust: 1 ½ cups Graham crackers, crushed ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Cheesecake: 1 ¼ packs NESTLÉ® ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml 1 bar cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate, cream-filled cookies, coarsely crushed Preparation: Combine Graham crackers and sugar. Add melted butter and mix until combined. Press into individual serving cups and chill for at least 15 minutes. Beat NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM until medium peaks form. Set aside. Add cream cheese, sugar, salt, fresh lemon juice and vanilla to a bowl and beat until smooth. Add cream cheese mixture to NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM and beat until incorporated.
